A peregrine Falcon flying above, unforunately with no catch. It was hard enough to catch him, I can't imagine being able to see a fish under the water from how he was flying. -I stand corrected This is an Osprey-

What lens were you using on this shot? Very great DOF.

There are no words to describe, only in the deepest fathoms of our subconscious do the explanations reside. ~~~~~~~ MY EXHIBITION GALLERY ~~~~~~~~.

When you view this in full size it kinda seems like he has his eye on...you! Sure you weren't the morsel he was eying up?

Peregrines are absolutely my favorite birds of prey, and thi sis a superb capture. I agree also about the DOF. Superb apture of the colrings and a nice crisp focus. Very well done.

I don't think he had fish on his mind, he looks like he's got you on his mind. Great picture.

Another very nice capture. Great detail. Unfortunately
this is an Osprey. A very beautiful bird in its own
right. I am guessing you captured this somewhere near
water, maybe Mission Bay. I have a bunch of shots as well.
Check out my gallery. I have one leaving a branch with a
fish in its tallons. Very nice work.
