Sweet and lovely simplicity, Els. It isn't that easy to get feathers focused so sharply. Good one!

An excellent job with this image. Good colours and details in the feathers and nice lighting. I like the shadows beneath the feathers. Best of luck in the contest.

I for one will be very disappointed if you do not enter this in the contest. It has a quality not seen all that much...the clean and clear lines (pins?) of each feather are...well...clean and clear. The feathery, fuzzy parts are softly feathery and fuzzy. (Sorry for my lack of imagination on my adjectives)! This is very good and should do well in the contest.

Haha Twinkle! 'Still not sure about it!' And now its the winner! Congratulations! It just goes to show that the artist is way more critical of thier work than those who look at it! It is stunning!
