Els, I can't positively identify the spot where you've taken this wonderful image, but it could be the 'Stelleplas' near the village of Heinkenszand, in Zeeland, The Netherlands or one of the other small lakes (called 'Weel' in Dutch) in its vicinity, anyhow on the peninsula South-Beveland as well.
I love the by the image exuded tranquil atmosphere, visualized by you perfectly.
