Now take the shot so that I can fly off and then land back in this same spot about a half dozen times. If you ever get a chance watch these dragonflies you will see what he is talking about. After the 2nd or 3rd time I stopped trying to see where he was off to, and just waited for him to return.

Once they sit, they pose though like no other fliers. LOL

Thanks to all of you. Yes Doug I was not thinking that’s what happened with the crop, I will put another one up.
As for the background, I had no control over that. I was on a small dock and the dragonfly was on a piece of dead grass in the lake. The green background was lily pads. I will take a look at it after the crop
and see a bout the background.
