Cliffs of Gayhead in Marthas Vineyard. I am auctally a registered Native American. I'm Wampanoag. I attend tribal meetings and during our trips to the Vineyard we try and see new sights, so i had never seen the Cliffs of Gayhead, we auctally were standing at the top of one of them and ran down the sand and clay sides that its composed of. The clay on the cliffs is very much real clay and is a very great spot for a walk.

Thank you so much for describing this scene and the background information is fascinating. That was some run down the cliff! I expect once you started there was no stopping or turning back!
The cliffs are a fascinating mixture of shapes and textures! Hope you have more of these as I'd love to see them a bit closer to make out the details. Thanks for posting this picture.
