So, while in Newport i stopped very frequently to take photos. My fingers were numb and it was getting dark out. I have no idea who this is, but the photo came out great.

Do not be either angry or upset [although you might I am ready to admit] but this explorer reminds me one of the numerous statues of Vladimir Ilich Lenin - wearing his typical cap and pointing the RIGHT direction !!! LOL
