The scientists of the far off land Valentoria were trying to delve into the essence of nature, trying to discover secrets of life. One day a young lab assistant accidentally spilled the roses he had bought for his true love into a pot of reducing elixir that had been fermenting for a night and day. The stems were removed from the elixir, but the petals were lost to it. An old scientist took pity on the young lab assistant, distilled the resulting liquid (a part of that process is seen in the uploaded image) and placed it in a small bottle. The lab assistant took it to his true love, and she has treasured it ever since. She attached the tiny bottle to a chain of silver, which she wears each day as a necklace, the sign of her true love's adoration always near to her heart.
