I have uploaded this one due to a few requests I have received. Previously, I have uploaded 'detail' shots of this 150 year old northern Michigan fountain, but some wanted to see the whole thing. I hope you enjoy it! (note - editing was done to remove the posts and chains that kept the kids out....)

interesting fountain. Can't believe its still standing considering its 150 yrs old. Its a great photo and everything, but the background (the little deck thing) bothers me...But you removed the chains(!?), i can barely see them but just because you told me there there. Good job.

Wow...they really built it to stand the test of time. 150 yrs is impressive. Cool looking too. Do people still toss coins in and make wishes? Or is it just for decoration now? Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. Sarah :)

Hello Keith.....We take most of the sculptures around us for granted but with a little extra perception you’ll start to see a whole new way at looking at architecture and its many forms like this interesting well you have captured....Well done....All the best....Mick.
