This was taken in an underground cave on an island in lake Erie. Each node is at least as large as a football, and the whole space was at least 20' x 20'. They claim it to be the world's largest Geode, and the formations are very different from stalagmites and -tites.

This must be amazing to see in person. It's too bad the light got caught in the picture, but I like the formations.
