As I was driving at the Oregon Coastline, I noticed several of these lilies...so I grabbed a shot...just fell in love with the colours

I have said it before (three times already, I think <grinning>) and I'll say it again. Now you have tools that support your work and not hinder it.
This is very nicely done. I like the way the leaf moves across the front of the lily, leaving the lily in the back and the other leaves at the front to provide the balance, still leaving the lily as the focus of attention. Beautiful and well done. High marks, in my favourites and to my hard drive.

Thanks for finding this lovely lily. I have been tring to explain to my mother how large these flowers grow on the northern Pacific coast. Now she beleives me. Wonderful photo. Nice to see you are having so much fun with your new camera.
