It looks dramatic indeed. There is definitely something in the air. This feeling gets stronger due to these beautiful heavy clouds hanging over the beach, which is still illuminated by the sun not even expecting to get wet. Your composition is great. Still it's good you manged to capture a bit of the clear blue sky in the top left corner of the image. I would love to see panoramic shot of this place. Thank you.
