And here is the second of my "weavings" done in PSP. This is a photo I took high above the ocean...there is a hiway atop of Neakhani Mountain, which has been cut right into the giant rockmass, so I took the pic from there on this day because the cloudmass was soooooo awesome! So now with this bit of manipulation I thought it made quite a different picture out of it. I hope you like it, but i want to hear you express your comments, so I know whether it's sood or bad...thanx so much for stopping in

I love this one too! The blue colour is perfectly suited to this shot, and the style of manipulation is still fantastic. Great image.

Yes the manipulation tool worked magic with this shot. The sades and variants of blue are wonderful to the eye. Would love to see the original shot.

This is very cool. Seeing the elements presented so nice and soft gives a tranquil feeling and all the colors work so well together. Very nicely done.

Wow! What a unique presentation! It initially makes the viewer want to look at "all" the different pictures until you realize it is one. Great way to give a normal picture a different look. Thanks!

For this one, I'd like to see the original image. It looks just a bit blown out in the highlights. Might work better a bit darker/flatter. The composition is great - love those clouds over the sea. I don't personally think this kind of manip works well with this particular image. The flower you did was perfect for it because it the colors were strong and the detail intense. Keep working on it. You do these well. anne :-)

This weaving effect is just wonderful, but you need a great image as the foundation... which you have done! I love it. It reminds me of several, individual photographs pieced together like a puzzle. Great work!

This is a magnificent shot Verena. I love it. The sectorisation of the photo is done perfectly well. It breaks one photo down in to an intriguing set of episodes. The use of pale blue for the frames compliments all of the colours of the photo. Very well done indeed.

Every day you may make progress. Every step may be fruitful. Yet there will stretch out before you an ever-lengthening, ever-ascending, ever-improving path. You know you will never get to the end of the journey. But this, so far from discouraging, only adds to the joy and glory of the climb. - Churchill

VERENA! Where did this come from???? I am overwhelmed by the creativity that went into this. I'm thinking, "Why don't I ever come up with ideas like this?" I mean really. The rectangles of brightness just grab the attention, and make the viewer see first the geometric quality, then the compositional quality, and finally the image itself. You nailed this one.
