This is a photo I shot of Coos Bay, at the Southern coast of ORegon. I took the shot from higher up so you could get the whole Bay. It was such a dramatic cloud day too, how could I resist? Look at that gorgeous patch of blue !! Wish you all could be here to see for yourself the beauty the Pacific Ocean gives us all.

The only thing I would change is to crop it widescreen. First it gives perspective and second it will remove that thing in the lower right corner.
This is extremely beautifull scene, thank you very much for sharing it.

First of all I love your take on this, and I don't mind the observation deck (I presume) that can be seen on the right-hand side. The second thing is I'd love to know how you pronounce Coos. We have a county in NH that is named Coos and I was always told that it was an Indian name pronounced "Koe aus". Just curious.

This is a real classic. Wonderful sky and great composition. The clone tool would take out that controversial "thing" in a few seconds.

Fantastic Shot Verena. Had this one in the VB, guess what ?
You guessed it. The veiw that streches on for ever, the clouds with that blazing blue sky behind it. Wow ! One heck of a shot.

I'm very far behind in my comments due to some recent family issues so please forgive this generic comment. I have viewed this image and found it to be very good. I didn't want to pass it by with out mentioning it's beauty. Thank you for sharing it with us. You have created a very beautiful image and I envy your talent. I hope to view more of your work and give a more personal comment in the near future. Your images are awsome. Wonderful scenic view.
