One of my favorite beach spots here at the ORegon Coast. It's near Cannon Beach at Ecola State Park, but this particular area is called Indianhead Beach. It is just a lovely place. As you can see, I am up higher than the beach, there are stairs that go down to it. I love the rock formations so much. And the place is always such a joy to go to. a lot of beach to walk on and to enjoy the mighty views of the Pacific Ocean. There is just nothing that compares to the vastness of the sea, somehow it always brings such peace. Thanx for much for stopping in.

What a wonderful shot, Verena, it's got just about everything one could ask for! I specially like the way you have devoted 50% of the frame to the wet sand - the reflections are exquisite.

Very nice Verena. Beautiful picture all the way around. I didn't notice the birds until I viewed full size. Great shot.

This looks super on desktop, and you're right about the soothing effect of the sea, and you've captured it to a "T" in this artistic offering.
