Here is the wonderful Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach, Or.This is viewed from the North of the Rock. I enjoyed this scene because of the sunbleached tree in the foreground.Altho there are actually two trees. It's the one in the back that I loved.Even tho Haystack is the showstopper, I wanted to focus on the winblown tree. And the way the sun was shining seemed to make for a great shot.It was one of those perfect days. Please enjoy and thanx for stopping by.

This is another great capture, Verena. I like it a lot. Almost looks unreal. Good colours, clarity and composition. Very well done.

You captured a lot of things to look at in this picture. All pleasing to the eye. Great clouds. I like the softness to this, too.

Can't blame you a bit. That is a wonderful old tree. A genuine study in asymmetry and texture. Good eye.

No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

Had to put this in the faves. It has a simple but classic beauty all it's own. Very good Verena.
