Here is the second of my flower series. You all have called them Lupins, so Lupins it is...thankies... They were the brightest red!! Please enjoy!

This is lovely Verena. Yes the red ones are definately Lupins and I like how you have them contrasted with the purple Iris in the background. Lovely shot. Well done!

I would just call them Red Rockets. Very nice close up of these, Verena. The colors are great with the iris' in the background. Excellent work. What a beauty.

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round?? Picture Purrrfect .
Nice flowers, good focus but pixel noise again. I think you should check your ISO rating.

I wish I had seen this first. I only know lupins, tulips and roses so it would have given me a chance to use my knowledge of flowers. Really pretty Verena. Neat focus and can see drops of water on the leaves which I think looks nice. Very pretty.

The red of the Lupines along with the purple of the Irises make for a very nice combination of colors here. I really like how you shot this vertically also. Looks very nice.

I have always called them lupines myself and I just love them. I plan to plant a few in my garden as soon as I get home. Lovely picture. The iris' in the background add fabulous color as well.
