First Snow, but I'm staying Inside !

Just wanted to share our first snow, and part of my living room with some of my canvas paintings on the wall. We are having an "Arctic Freeze" here in ORegon, iced roads, severe winds, way below freezing temps. So I stayed in, kept warm, and thought I'd send this along to you. I'll share better snow pics soon I hope. You all keep warm too.Had no idea which gallery to post this in...so guess this might do.

If you don't mine, I will join you, and we can strum a few tunes on the guitars. LOL. Very nice shot of your home, and it's nice to see some of your paintings hanging on the wall. You know, though, you will have to go out eventually to get some shots of the new snow. Thanks for sharing this one, Verena.

Since it has become just the boys and me, our living quarters looks more like a dorm or barracks. I would never be brave enough to show a picture from our living room!! lol. This is very well done ((and clean, by golly)). You should be proud of both.

I am with you Lady V. It is a bit cold to be outside right now. We got about 6 inches of snow Sunday and the temps dipped down to 18 below last night.

i might be there again after christmas. after reading this i'm questioning that decision! brrrrrrrrrr. it's 49 degrees in phx. and i'm afraid to go out. you live in such a warm cheerful environment. thanks for showing it to us.

Beautiful room X and whatever you do, don't let JimboB get his hands on a harmonica. I like the lighthouse paintings. Such a neat room with a view. Thanks for sharing.

Such a beautiful room Verena! Your paintings are beautiful too! A very homey place and that snow can stay away..lol..We're getting some of that too and its way below zero here and too much for me! Is that your guitar behind the chair? It looks like me and you and Jim should have a trio going!..hehe..Sounds like fun!

It's the same around here. Lots of snow outside and nice and warm inside looking out. That's where I'm going to stay. I'll just check on the photos brave souls have taken of that white stuff.
