I love the joy and anticipation of this shot, because you just know those toes are going to hit the water. Great example of some "active" shadows!

Not only do I like the shadows but the footprints add to the shot along with anticipation of the girls getting to the surf. well done picture all around.

I love how carefree these girls look. They seem full of life and this really comes across in the movement of the photo. I would have tried it in b/w or sepia as well for a more artistic look but i love it in colour just the same :)

I like this one! it has a certain - how do they say? - joie de vivre about it... two best friends laughing and running down the beach together. hey, I've done it too, so I remember the laughing, barefoot freedom...
