Eight years later and we spend a bit of time remembering those of that terrorizing day. I know our hearts are still with the survivors. All we can each do is hope for peace and for our dear Earth and the people living on it, to be able to be filled with hope and courage. And as we all know 'love is the answer'...to have faith in the good and to hope for all the best. I just watched the footage on that day all over again, today in Portland, at the Airport, there was a few minutes of silence, the whole airport had not a single sound. We DO become united in strength!!

A very lovely tribute to all. Because no matter who you are, where you live, or what you were doing....you remember the moment that you learned of this tragic event. The horror, the fear, the pain, and the disbelief were almost overwhelming. Beautiful tributes such as this one truly do heal hearts. It is good that we never forget....thank you Verena.
