I thought this was such a pretty home. It's a historical house in the tiny town of Forest Grove, Or. I loved the massive size of the tree.Thanx for taking a look and all comments are always appreciated.

omg, this is where I spent my freshman year in college, at Pacific University in Forest Grove! And yes it was a tiny town.. I have a lot of fond memories from that year. Ms. V, if you go back there please take a picture of the campus for me?? I love that big old tree you captured and the beautiful house!

Hey Verena
Love that Forest Grove! Lots of cool old houses like this all over! Nice Visual gas pump in the front lawn! I used to go out here and look for old bottles buried behind some of these old places.

What a wonderful old house and I like how the tree is standing guard. I like how you stirred some memories for Mary as well. A good find and a wonderful shot Verena.

I would like to have an ice tea and sit on that porch. Watch the neighbors, may dose off for a bit. I like your composition very much.

Verena - I think the large old tree and house have the same history. Both have had some living care. Nicely captured. Thad

Oh, I love that house!... I bet I would love the inside as well :) Everyone, at one point dreams of such a house with a white picket fence, and wind chimes on the front porch :) How grand! I also love the moss growing on the upper limbs, and the overall blue cast. So very beautiful, Verena!
