Today I finally was able to go to the Tulip fields, and yes we have Tulips here in Oregon too!!The sky was perfect and there was new snow on the Cascade Mountains. So Sheri(auroraobers) and I went together. That was total fun! And here is my photo of those beautiful Tulips! It felt like this is where Rainbows must have come from! I will be posting more soon. It was a perfect day for these gorgeous Tulips and for us! Thanx Sheri! Let's go on another shoot soon! Am looking forward to seeing her lovely Photos, she's got an awesome new camera!!

Magnificent tulips Verena. You have captured their beauty and colours beautifully.
Although the clouds are interesting did you consider cropping the sky - I find my eye drawn to the top of the picture when all the real beauty is in the lower half.

Beautifully composed capture, with the vertical rows of tulips, leading the eyes to the row of trees and fresh snow covered mountains! Seeing all these lovely colours, I would have to agree with you about rainbows :) And, I love the fluffy clouds too! I'm also glad to hear you had some company on your photo shoot, and look forward to more images from your day! :)
