I took this photo of the Pretty Pink Tulips the same day I took the ones of the fiery red//gold ones. The sun was just right, behind behind them, and causing such fun colours to shine thru. Soon the Tulips will be gone for another year, but for now they are so beautiful. Thanx so much for taking a look.

They have a lot of Tulip festivals in the Midwest Verena. You are right about the being beautiful and not lasting nearly long enough. Great post.

Just gorgeous!!!! I never could understand why God made tulips to not last very long. They're so pretty and only last a little while! Brilliant capture and work Verena!
