This begins a small series of photos hopefully showing you some of the wonderful scenery in the Pacific Northwest. So here is the first one I found today when driving out in the countryside West of Portland and where I live also. I am not sure if this is a huge field of mustard plants or rapeseed plants. But, either way, when I saw this I was pretty excited. We have had major weather of wind, rain, sleet, hail and sunshine. So I went out right after the final storm had just hit, so there were beautiful clouds all over. Please enjoy and comment if you'd like to.

The view is very nice as well as the cloudy sky,very good colors,the field is very nice too,Verena,it seems to be rapeseed but i could be wrong,the photo is very good.
