The second photo in my seashell series. I loved the beautiful natural earthy coloured stripes on this shell. I also tried to fix the sand so it would look as tho these items would look as natural as possibly. Please feel free to comment and critique. Thanx so much.

A great composition, Verena. It looks quite natural and there're nice little details like the sand sticking to the shell.

Nice again. Pearly colors in the shell is very good. But in overall browny colors that black part of the shell must not be there.

The black part is definitely part of the shell. Very high gloss too in reality. Verena

Your Shell studio is turning out some great shots Verena. There will be a lot of snails heading your way for family portraits. Don't get discouraged if it takes them a while to get there.
Good work.

Verena - I like this shot much better than the first one with the blue netting. The lighting offers some nice shadows in the photo as well. Thad

I am getting shell shocked. He he. Gorgeous display again, Verena. Does Shelly sell sea shells at the sea shore?

You've done a really great job with the shell series. I like that you use dark in the background. It makes everything else stand out.
