It's always so magical when the daytime sky begins to be overtaken with the night time clouds. Such a hush enters over all. I love that time of day the very most. Romance begins and voices lower. Everything feels at peace at last.

I'll promise not to type too loudly and disturb the mood, Verena. Very soothing view.

Just wonderful Verena. Narrative and image perfom a perfect match, so it's not necesarry to say more about this moody post.
Regards, Cornelius.

Looks like maybe a rain storm coming in with the clouds? A nice photo.

Softness with the hint of perhaps a gentle rain. Nice!

Beautiful scene, Verena! Sunshine over the clouds and some slight rain under them. Thanks for sharing.

"Something Wicked This Way Comes," one of my favorite novels by Ray Bradbury, comes to mind when I saw your "cloud." I can only imagine it drifting across the sky as William Halloway and Jim Nightshade go about their day, not knowing that the recently arrived Carnavel and Mr. Dark are about to drop a storm on them and their little town.

This is an amazing picture! I love the billowing clouds and the way you captured them. It almost seems like it is moving! ... as a side note, it almost reminds me of the movie Independence Day when the space ship comes out of the clouds or even War of the Worlds! Excellent!
