This is such a cool idea. I looked at it quickly and I thought it was just a world map. Then I looked again and noticed the changes. Great idea, thanks for posting!

Brilliant concept, superbly executed. I'm disappointed by the disappearance of Wales, of course, but find some comfort in the fact that while the English now have only a lake to their name, the Celtic peoples are still firmly rooted in solid earth!
