This would benefit from some simple editing to minimize the noise in the sky. A selective blur filter, for instance, accomplishes this and also smooths the clouds a bit. Other than that it's a beautiful shot with an uplifting mood. 9/10
What is a selective blur filter? I am an amateur at taking photos...I enjoy it, but am not a professional by any stretch of the imagination...I point my digital camera and click. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for taking the time to comment and leave constructive criticism.
wencele: It's a software filter that blurs only the low-contrast areas of a region, thus eliminating noise without causing the picture to lose definition. In Gimp, the software I use, it's under Filters/Blur/Selective Gaussian Blur. I'm sure Photoshop and PhotoPaint have something similar. I understand there's also a stand-alone program called "Neat Image" to do this sort of thing; haven't tried it myself.
I'm an amateur too, but an amateur photo editor in my case :-) I like taking good pictures and making them better.
