I like all the subtle shades of the beach in winter.
You might crop it so that the horizon (water) is level. Then it doesn't matter if the fence is leaning as many of them do.
Interesting image. It seems like a bit of a oxymoron though. When I see a beach, I always think summer and sun. Seeing a beach with snow/ice on it is kinda weird. It makes you think about it. Unique shot, keep at it. ^_^
