Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I do not get to your pictures as soon as you post them, I apologize. I try. Also if I do not respond for awhile it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it just means I'm really tied up with life. Bene lava!!

Do you remember, dear that I had mentioned your lovely name previously, when we talked about Mackinaw Island? :o) At any rate, I think this image is a reminder of all the lovely quiet afternoons and evenings I spent on the beaches of Lake Michigan, while growing up! You make me feel right at home, as this is so very close to my home currently, you know! This beautiful photo of the high hills that grace the shores of 'our' beautiful lake is simply lovely, Elizabeth! Your version, your rendition of this quiet and softly presented view of the long stairs, reaching to the lake far below, is done well !! I think you did a fine job Honey, and would I ever love to join you there. :o)) A pretty place indeed, and I remember it well.
A most lovely and inviting photo...beautiful colours..I love our ORegon beaches, so this is just as nice and a place I would just enjoy being at...thanx so much..verena
