This is a closer shot of the flowers my sweetheart gave me in Hangin' around. I lost a little clarity so I tried the watercolor effect and thought the flowers remained very clear. Let me know what you think. Hope you enjoy!
Some folks I know love to download Caedes images to use as subjects for watercolor paintings. Now you beat them to it. It is a very soft, gentle composition with the watercolor effect. The flowers are so beautiful.
It's a perfectly lovely effect on these and you've done excellent with it. It's beautiful is way as well as the original. Excellent job and nice post. Thanks for this one.
Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
I have to agree with Cynlee and Anita...the effect of this watercolor treatment is very effective and doesn't detract from the overall beauty of the flower...in fact, I think it adds to it and I'm glad you didn't use a higher setting, because if you had I'd be worried that you might lose some of the contrast that is so much a part of the overall beauty of this vibrant pink post...good job :)PJ Incidentally on second look I'm also pleased to see that the leaves were enhanced as well, even to the blurred background. I'll have to try this on that stubborn red begonia of mine..lol :)PJ
