Looks like it's bleeding raindrops. Or shedding tears, as PJ suggests below! (edited)

Looks like she's not only bleeding but perhaps shedding a tear or two as well. A scene for a melancholy mood. You've captured some very strong emotion with this beautiful little flower.

It looks ethereal to me. Nice depth of color.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I've tried several times to get a photo I like of my own bleeding hearts, but none comes close to the beauty of this one. Such rich color and with just a single blossom, it makes for a dynamic shot. Well done, Hilda.

This is a special plant and it comes back every year wearing it's heart on it's sleeve (hee hee). My neighbor has one and never waters it, sad. This photo is beautiful and like Alexis said, just the single blossom makes it really magical. Thank you! ~Mary~
