Love these kind of manipulations Hilda. I recall one very similar to this done by 2 artists who no longer frequent the site.

That's a pretty good masking job; even the lighting matches pretty well, and lighting is always the tip-off. Well... that and the fact that children don't really grow out of daisies. :D Perhaps a very slight softening of her chin might make her appear as though she really did grow there — the flower is a little softer than her face. Whenever I want to do a merge like this I usually put copies of both images up on the screen, side-by-side, and start making adjustments so the density, focus, and all other factors I can influence, match between the two.
