The angle definitely adds to the image, lifting it from the ordinary. The curve of the architecture against the sky has the touch of the mathematical.

Yeah, I partially echo the above, somehow the tilting angle here does not irritate me so much. BUT, the first rule in photography that almost anyone learns, is "keep the horizon straight", basically that always means "avoid tilting".
A straight shot of the same view would always win over a tilted one.

BUT, herein is the interesting thing. I do not think this photo was meant to showcase that arena. I think it was meant to showcase the curves and textures that arise when the camera is tilted upon shooting. And the BW works wonders on it.

I like it, hope I come across it in the booth, I'd give it 8/10!
