This is another picture I took about 8 yrs ago. Not sure where the dots came from as they weren't on the original picture. Feedback appreciated

Pieces of dust or something on the scanner glass perhaps? I presume this is a scan of a photo print... it is a very small resolution which makes it unsuitable for use as a desktop; perhaps you could find somebody who can scan it a higher resolution.

If you have a photo suite you could clone them spots out.I like the blues in this picture.Plus the orange sky line is a nice touch.
