Wow... You must have waited all day for the light to get just right for this shot. The waiting payed off and you nailed it.

I'm a purest as well, but a little photoshop action (maybe just a good crop) would get rid of the sun spot

Luv the sunrays and how they provide a door to look thru to view the rest of this pretty photo. Educate me...why did you not choose to get rid of the red sunspots and red halo around the sun? Wanting to learn from an expert...
