Was just tinkering around in Bryce the other day and this is what was the result.. Simple, yet complex enough at the same time.. Hope you all enjoy.. Please comment and vote..

Works perfectly on my mac though... Only I got 1600x1200 screen resolution. ;) Nudge, nudge. Simplexity or what to call it, is an art in it self. I'm a huge fan of graphically seemingly simple but well thought out pieces. Kudos!

Yes you could easily mirror it to the other side for desktop use. THis is really nicely done though!

There's an emptiness inside her and she'd do anything to fill it in. Though it's red blood bleeding from her now, it's more like cold blue ice in her heart. It's very hard to make a simple image that's still sophisticated and sharp-- but you did it! This is nice. But there should be another ring continuing on the top, it shouldn't stop like that it breaks the flow.

Very clever. Things like this seem obvious once someone else has thought of them. I agree with reddawg that the rings need to continue; I would also suggest that you either zoom in or out so that half the top and bottom rings are showing, rather than such a small amount.

I adore this image. Seen it a million times up on the home page and it caught my eye every single time and have eventually sucumbed to temptation and downloaded it :) I love the textures and colours in this. Its so unusual but so completely perfect. Nice work 10/10
