A photo I took today as I was leaving work. I've been having fun with my camera. I hope you all enjoy. I really like the outcome of this particular shot, even though its such a common thing. Please comment and vote. Ty.

Odd looking mushroom, but I like the shot, nicely focused and clear, good job.

Darryl knows his Fungi well! "Coprinus comatus" is a member of the "Inky Cap Family" and a good edible. Cylindrical, shaggy-scaly, white cap, eventually turning inky black/brown from liquefying gills. If it's a *TRUE* "Shaggy Mane", when unexpanded and white, it is an excellent substitute for Asparagus; it may also be pickled. Well done photo!

*Note: Please do your research before consuming any species of Fungi, since a common misconception is to eat a Mushroom that is not the type you think it is.
