I like how you composed your image here. In short, good balance and positioning of the red currants.

Have a thought for you on the caveat side of things ...

To my eyes, and it may be that I need more coffee to wake up some (kidding a bit here) ... the focus or more appropriately, where you focussed or where your camera locked on ... seems to be a lil' low. In view of the overall composition.

Suspect that perhaps, it might be a simple case of stopping down to avoid your camera focussing on the forefront tips of the lower leaves and then that of the one currant (or so) closer to the top of the frame. (Gives the illusion of focus/clarity being greater in the lower half, simply put.)

Lil' more depth of field, in other words.

Can't quite recall what make and model of camera you are using, so as a further suggestion ... maybe include that information in your image's accompanying narratives?

Might provide a leaping off point towards that of some more tips, advice, et al ... coming your way. :o)

For your ... ahem ;o) ... reading enjoyment:

When these do ripen, would love to see a photo of them then. Colours will be gorgeous to view. So, a revisit maybe? (As a companion piece to your image here.)

Look forward to that. And thanks for sharing this one with us. :o)

I like it...purmusic makes some good points but my primary concern if there is any is that the photo could really use a splash of colour somewhere to break up the green

I like the shot, but the green seems to overwhelm the photo. But like +purmusic commented I would love to see this same photo when the currents are ripe. It would add a whole new perspective to this shot.

Nice job!

Thanks everybody for your nice comment, really appreciate it all. Special thanx to purmusic for your splendid explanation to "stop down" and how to do to adjust the camera lens.
I know the green is overwhelming, and thats what I like I think ^.^
Really, thanks for all the nice comments and critics. will think about it and hope to come back when the berrys have ripe. ^.^
