Sorry, I don't know the name of this beauty. I went to the Butterfly Place again in Westford, MA. I was fascinated by this guy, and he was so good to sit still for me. The butterflies were so abundant this time - they kept landing on my camera, like they were trying to help me take pictures. One butterfly even laid an egg on my finger!!!

This image is so pretty on the desktop. This butterflys wings are so delicate looking-see through too? The white color on the right wing, is glowing! The orange is so lovely as it goes into yellow.And the green leaf is perfect and a good landing point. Naturally the black background is most pleasing. Many thanks for this sweetie :*>

I 'm not usually into butterfly pics, but this one is just perfect, nice and clear and the black background works excellent, makes your subject stand out even better. Very nice work indeed
