This is the same pond where I captured the dragonfly. Unfortunately, we came upon this pond when only a few flowers were open, and, of course, we were leaving the next day! Ugh!
There sure were a lot of them. Well, you caught one trying to open up. The water looks so blue. Most often the water of a lily pond doesn't look this nice. Very pretty.

I agree with Cindy's assessment of the water. It's a relatively clean shot, and the flowering buds are very pretty too. I couldn't find any around here all summer, so it's nice to at least see this much!
