Looking back from A state of emergency

If you look closely you will see several towers down in the background as well as workers and their trucks.

I used to know a guy who worked for a company that specialized in building high-tension power transmission towers...He once showed me a series of images of a line similar to the one pictured above after tornado damage, and the bear of a time it takes to return these systems to service...Nice presentation...Faved...
