Although this image is taken from a different angle, I suppose that this Dutch traditional windmill already may be known to a lot of Caedes-friends, because of this post. This doesn't prevent me however from posting it.

Momma (PatAndre) commented on my 'Zeeland Maritime (70), Busy Traffic' image: "Woo whee, I would love to see that ship up closer. What a boat."
In order to fulfil her request, I had to dig my bin or shoebox again.
Momma, I hope that this one will meet your expectations and that you and other Caedes members will like it too. Thank you in advance for your comment.
PS: due to a periodical medical check up of my wife in a Rotterdam hospital, I'll be not on Caedes soon from now on until at least Wednesday, August 4th.

Referring to my last post of March 4th, 2010, and referring to my comment given in the 'Bulleting Board' , things are going slowly better now. Hope to be back on Caedes after Easter.
Both title and image symbolize for my wife and me where we went through the last couples of years. It's a special image to us.
Really hope you'll like it too. Thank you in advance for your comment.
Wish you all a Happy Easter
Cornelius.
This is a rework of my on June 24th, 2009 posted Beauty & Grace image. I've intensified the colors and contrast and improved other minor things somewhat. In my humble opinion this one is better than the previous one.
I'm curious for your opinion. Thank you in advance for any reply.
Snow and hoar frost are almost gone in Zeeland, The Netherlands. If there will be no new snow or hoar frost, my 'wint'ry' series have to come to an end within one or two images.
Hope you like this image too. Thank you in advance for your comment.
A simple scene of a Dutch wint'ry polder, but beautiful to me.
Hope you'll have the same opinion about that. Thank you in advance for your your comment.
Edit: please read my additional comment below.
The outward bound seagoing vessel (tanker) is approaching a thunderstorm. The sailboat however has only about one mile to go, to find shelter in the yacht-harbour of Flushing. This image was recently taken on the coast of peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands, where the Western Scheldt river flows into the Northsea.

Because of having serious problems with my computer, I've bought myself a brandnew one. This however got me from the frying-pan into the fire as I couldn't access my external harddisks with all my photographs. It has cost a couple of days to resolve the problem, but I'm back again.

Last one in this series. The geese are heading south again, on their way from colder to warmer area's. Rather early this year, possibly a sign that we may have a severe winter in my country and northern countries.
