Caedes.net Version 3

I can't wait to launch the newset version of caedes.net, version 3.0! It will add a whole lot of funtionality, such as an image rating system and a skinable interface. I also have many wallpapers that I'm going to release immediately following the new website launch. Look for it very soon.
