Well just so you know, that was my second experience with Photoshop, so, yes I was just messing around..., and I don't really know alot about the filters.
I would like to say, maybe you shouldn't be so harsh to other people without having anything up here posted yourself.

Thankyou for your comment on Oil Spill 2. Actually I did not use lighting effects - rather I used Blending options... But it still works well and does give the illusion of light.
