Hi folks. I hope someone here can help me with this. I have an idea for a good image but my Photoshop skills are non-existant and I was kinda hoping someone here might be willing to help me with it. If anyone can help, and is prepared to, could you let me know? I'd really appreciate it. If it turns out the way I envisage we can both credit it.
I have a picture of a flower head. It's slightly off-centre in the image so I'd like to black-out the background and 're-frame' it in a 1600 x 1200 size. Thing is it's already that size so I can't just crop it. I've recoloued it so far and I'm happy with it's colour but I don't know how to lose the background. It's kinda difficult to explain now that I try. I hope someone understands.
You will probably have to crop it out manually. Unless the background is in stark contrast to the object you want to isolate it there is no real way to get the computer to do it for you. Have you checked the tutorial gallery, I seem to recall there are a few on this very subject in there.
Thanks for all the help and advice folks. The job is complete and as soon as I am allowed to upload I will. This has been a learning experience for me so don't expect art, lol.
Peace out.
