Possibly... perhaps you could provide a few examples. There needs to be a decent number to justify a gallery dedicated to a subject.

We could find a lot of barns in the 'Architecture' gallery. But I think we have to stop with very specific galleries, like 'castles', 'bridges' or 'places of worship'. Maybe 'barns' is too close to 'houses' or 'schools' or 'cottages'...
I was thinking about 'mills', but it seems we will retrieve there only Paul_Gerritsen's images ;-)
