Does anyone know how to map clouds in terragen to whatever formation/shape you like. perhaps to fit the mold of a bitmap (like a texture mask). I have only made 2 renders in terragen, sorry if I sound dumb.
I don't think there is any way to do that. You can control the texture, size and frequency of clouds, but other than that I believe they are completely random. I usually just continually regenerate tham until I get a look i like.
this is what i was thinking, oh well, perhaps I can just map one very large cloud, cut it into the shape I like using photoshop, then clone the edges of the large cloud to be the edges of the cloud in my new shape. Tricky, but possible?
