I was curious as to why there are so many links to deleted images under the "Image Rankings" section of the website. I'm guessing that it would just be a lot of work to go through them to remove the links to images that no longer exist? It would be interesting to see the list without the deleted images included.

Yes I agree. ....so many are my images. haha just kidding.

I think with the new system caedes has implemented the deleted gallery won't exist for much longer. It used to be that an imagemod would delete an image and it would sit in a "deleted" gallery until caedes emptied it; this was to ensure that images weren't deleted accidentally etc. Now when an image is scheduled for deletion, the mods will "vote" on them; if the majority say it should go, it will disappear from the server after a week or so. Otherwise it stays. The exception is if a user deletes their own image, in which case it is just removed immidiatly. So the only images that should be left in the deleted gallery now (and in the image rankings) are images that were delted under the old system. At least I think that's how it all works now.

So, if I understand you correctly....there are still links to deleted images in the Image Rankings because the images still exist in a "deleted gallery"?

I thought that I had prevented the deleted images from showing up in the Rankings, but i guess I didn't. The change will be made eventually though.
