Ok I have been everywhere the last year trying to get info about this but no one seems to know anything.
We bought a mp3 video and music player the player has 1 video on it but we cannot figure out how to change vidoes in the right format to get them on our player any ideals on how to do this or where we can go on the net to get this info. and no the web site for this player tells us nothing.
If you can help we thanks you very much take care and god bless'

1) That depends on what video files you are using. The E10 supports only AVI format videos and to a certain extent, videos made on Macromedia Flash, though this may sometimes freeze up the E10 since the player is made for playing Macromedia games, not videos.
To test your E10, download a few movie clips from the iriver site here*.
Next, connect your E10 to your computer and drag-and-drop the movie file into the video folder of your E10. Disconnect your E10, go to the video option, and you should see the name of the movie file listed there. Play it. If your E10 doesn't, something's obviously wrong. Bring it back to iriver for a checkup.
*Some videos would have either the prefix (E10) or (U10). It simply means the video has been configured to fit either the E10 or the U10's display. For testing purpose, either type should work fine.
2) Yes, I'm also on the search for a converter that will output for e10s requirements:
(the only flexibility I can see is in the sample clip provided - vid data rate = 47kbps)
I've tried about 3-4 different '1-click' GUI converter programs now:
(each designed to output to ipod/psp/other iriver models/generic PMP with different degrees of output customization) including:
- allok mpeg4 converter
- 3GP_Converter033
- winAVI video converter
In each case there has been some aspect that is not customizable enough to meet the requirements exactly, and the e10 has rejected the file every time.
Being completely new to video encoding / transcoding I am also prepared to try out a full-blown encoding program, and can work with CLI stuff given half-decent instructions, but it seems hard to get one that does mp4 Simple Protocol (SP).
Any Suggestions? Thanks!!

Works perfectly for converting E10 videos.
3) iRiver e10 mp3 player could only play video format(s): MPEG-4 SP 128x128 15fps 384kbps. So you need a video converter for the player. I recommend Movavi Video Converter, you could FREE Download and try it here:
http://www.topsevenreviews.com/movavi-vi...
With only 5 steps, you could convert your videos to the playable format supported by iRiver e10 mp3 player.
Step 1. Install and Run Movavi Video Converter
Step 2. Add your videos through clicking "+VIDEO" button
Step 3. Click "Advanced" tab, and select "MPEG4 (iPod, mp4)" format in the "Output format" list.
Step 4. Click "Settings" in the "Output format" region. In the pop-up dialog, (1) don't check "Video same as input" check box, (2) input "15" in "Frame rate" input field. (3) Input "128" in both "Width" and "Height" input field. (4) Click "Options" button, and input "384" in the "Bitrate" input field in the pop-up dialog
Step 5. Click "Convert" button to start the conversion
Finally, you could play the output videos on your iRiver e10 mp3 player.
I don't know ... seems pretty straightforward to me? :o\
