Can someone give me some pointers on how to stitch together a series of action photos like the ones in the following link:

http://sports.webshots.com/album/575520102BBjMri?vhost=sports

I would like to end up with one photo where the subject appears in 5 different possitions.

Thanks

You could use Photoshop(PS), crop the photos (vertical) to the same size, make a new image in PS and add them next to eachother, with some space between them, to the new image one by one with the edit option.

Good luck.

Easiest way is to crop all pics to the same height then download a free stitching prog like this eg http://www.panoramas.dk/panorama/software.html automatically stitches the images together..

I believe this is what you are looking for. Stitching is not the right word for it, but I can not think of what is :)

This is a video tutorial on using the free program - GIMP for combining several shots of an individual in a room into a single picture with the person in several places at once.
